ANTI-SPAM POLICY

We have a strict policy with regard to the use of "SPAM" marketing techniques in connection with this website or any associated products and/or materials thereof. We forbid the sending of unsolicited mass emails or unsolicited emails of any kind in connection with the marketing of our programs, products, and services.

SPAMMING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

You can only use our product materials for performing any legal activity on the Internet. And, since spamming (SPAM) is an illegal activity, you cannot use our website, product material and/or any other associated information, techniques, and tips for spamming. We strictly forbid the sending of unsolicited and mass emails of any kind to promote this website, product or any of the materials thereof.


WHAT IS SPAM?

The word SPAM as applied to email means unsolicited bulk email (UBE). Unsolicited means that the recipient has not granted verifiable permission for the message to be sent. Bulk means that the message is sent as part of a larger collection of messages, all having substantively identical content. A message is SPAM only if it's both unsolicited and bulk. Unsolicited email is normal email (examples include: first contact inquires, job inquires, sales inquiry, etc). In addition, bulk email is also normal email (examples include: subscriber newsletter, discussion lists, information lists, etc).

However, an electronic message is SPAM if: (1.) the recipient's personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients; (2.) the recipients has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit, and still-revocable permission for it to be sent; and (3.) the transmission and reception of the message appears to the recipient to give a disproportionate benefit to the sender.

However, we consider spamming to be ANY activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmission. We also consider spamming to constitute posting advertising in newsgroups in violation of the terms of participation in such newsgroup, that are off topic, or in newsgroups that do not specifically permit advertisements. We also consider it spamming when advertisements are placed on message boards or in chat rooms when they are not permitted by the terms of participation in such message boards and chat rooms.


IF YOU DO SPAM

Please, be aware that we do not support or condone the use of SPAM under any situation or circumstance. We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in our programs "for cause" if we deem you to be in violation of our anti-spamming policies. We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence that you may be engaging in any type of spamming activity.

If you are a member of our affiliate program, and you are found to be in violation of our anti-spamming policies, then your affiliate account will also be immediately terminated. In addition, we also reserve the right to take legal action against anyone that uses SPAM to promote this website and/or any of the associated products thereof.

You may also be subject to state and federal penalties and other legal consequences under applicable law. SPAM cannot and will not be tolerated.
